Refund policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.

Products purchased with Klarna are eligible for free returns and a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and unused. Store credit and exchanges not accepted when purchased with Klarna.

Right of Withdrawal

1. Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated on our website.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  • the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

  • the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
