Where are your products made?
All of our products are proudly MADE IN THE USA! We believe in paying fair working wages and pride ourselves on employing hard-working Americans of all different ages, races, genders, and abilities.
What type of wood do you use?
All of our products are made with birch plywood- a cabinet grade plywood core with a birch veneer.
Are your products non-toxic?
All of our wood products are CARB II compliant and meet TSCA requirements.

You can e-mail us directly at info@bushacres.com. All e-mails will be responded to within 24-48 hours. We check and respond to e-mails 7 days a week so rest assured you will receive a timely response.
Do you offer bulk discounts on large orders?
Yes! If you are ordering multiple items, please e-mail us at info@bushacres.com to see if any additional discounts may be available.
What is your refund policy?
All of our products are made-to-order and, therefore, final sale. However, should your product arrive damaged, or not as described, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund and/or replacement.
How do I return or exchange a product?

Are your products, stained, painted or treated?
We do not offer in-house staining or painting. We recommend assembling the products PRIOR to staining or painting them and all of our products ship unassembled. However, the wood comes sanded and untreated so it can be easily stained or painted after the fact.
Do your products come pre-sanded?
Yes, all of our products come pre-sanded and are smooth to the touch.
What items are included with my product?
You will receive a printed install guide along with any hardware, wood glue, or other items needed to assemble your product.
Do I need to purchase any additional tools to put my product together?
You should not need any additional tools to assemble the product at home. If you do not have a rubber mallet, we recommend using a hammer with a shirt or towel placed over it to keep from damaging the wood. While most of our products are assembled most efficiently with a hand drill, you can use a screwdriver if need be.
Do you take custom orders?
We always try our best to accommodate custom orders! Our customization fee starts at $25 and goes up from there. If you are interested in making changes to an existing piece, or creating an entirely custom piece, please e-mail us to further discuss at info@bushacres.com
I live in Las Vegas, am I able to pick up locally?
We love locals! If you place an order and would like to pick up locally just e-mail us at info@bushacres.com to coordinate and make sure to ask us about our local’s discount!
When will my order arrive?
Production time is typically 5-7 business days. Please allow another 1-5 days for delivery, depending on where you are located.
How is shipping cost calculated?
All of our pricing includes free shipping within the lower 48 of the USA. Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer free to shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. But we are always happy to split the cost.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. Shipping costs should be automatically applied at checkout, but you're welcome to e-mail us at info@bushacres.com if you'd like a more accurate shipping quote.
